Charleton Golf Course, located in Leven, is a destination that aims to cater to the modern expectations of travellers. From golfing to dining, playing to sleeping, and socialising, the Charleton Estate strives to provide an authentic experience. The club is constantly evolving, and a new Eco-pavilion, recently granted planning permission, will be constructed on the site of the old clubhouse, with a slight clockwise rotation to face the South. The addition of the new Eco-lodges, designed with contemporary architecture, complements the area and enhances the overall experience.
The Eco-lodges at Charleton offer breathtaking views of the sea. Each lodge features an open fireplace on the front decking and a cosy log burning stove inside. Constructed using Scottish larch wood, reclaimed slate, and a green sedum roof, the lodges blend seamlessly with the natural woodland surroundings next to the golf course. Inside, the lodges are equipped with renewable Air Source Heat Pumps for heating and underfloor heating throughout.
The comfortable zip link hotel beds can be set up as twin or double beds. Guests can enjoy WiFi throughout the property and make use of the fully equipped self-catering kitchen, which includes a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Certain lodges also offer hot tubs and have one or two toilets along with a walk-in shower. With the capacity to accommodate up to six people, the lodges have two bedrooms downstairs and a spacious mezzanine space upstairs.
Guests can engage in various activities available on the Charleton Estate and admire the starry night sky.
