Welcome to Chanonry Sailing Club, a friendly and welcoming water sports club located in the picturesque Moray Firth in Fortrose, Scotland. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced racer, we offer a range of water sports opportunities for all ages.
As a sailing club, we provide various activities such as dinghy racing, coastal cruising, coastal rowing, stand-up paddleboarding, and swimming. Our club is an RYA Recognised Training Centre, and we take pride in having a team of qualified instructors and coaches to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members. We also have safety boats that provide support during dinghy sailing activities.
At Chanonry Sailing Club, we operate on a membership basis and believe in a club run for the members, by the members. We invite you to join us and discover your next adventure. In exciting news, our club has agreed to upgrade some of our dinghies this year, and we are currently fundraising to support the purchase of new RS Quests. Donations can be made through our website or via QR codes displayed at the Club.
To enhance your experience with us, we offer excellent facilities that include a clubhouse, dinghy park, harbour mooring, and safety boat support. Our club is conveniently located in Fortrose, between Avoch and Rosemarkie, on the Black Isle.
