Change It Up 360 Zumba is a dynamic and inclusive dance and fitness program located in Milton, Ontario. Led by Certified Fitness Group Instructor, Terri Naccarato, Change It Up 360 offers a variety of classes to suit all ages and fitness levels. With over 14 years of experience in high and low-impact classes, Terri specializes in Zumba for kids, Zumba Gold for older active adults, Zumba Toning, Zumba Step, and Circuit Classes for older adults.
Terri's passion for keeping everyone moving, regardless of age or fitness level, is reflected in her fun and modified classes. The name “Change It Up 360” embodies Terri's belief that fitness is not just about physical health, but also about mental and emotional well-being – the whole 360 degrees. Her motto is, "It's not about how good you are, but about how good exercise makes you feel.
In addition to her fitness certifications, Terri is dedicated to giving back to the community. She hosts the “Milton Breakfast Club” weekly to support local restaurants and regularly donates her time and expertise to various charities and organizations such as JDRF, United Way, and the Canadian Cancer Society. Terri also works as a support worker for families living with disabilities, demonstrating her commitment to helping others.
Change It Up 360 Zumba offers a range of membership options, including a 16-week program for older active adults or fitness beginners. The Winter Seniors Classes run from January to April, providing a consistent and supportive environment for participants to keep moving all season long.
Classes take place at Grace Anglican Church in Milton, and class times are subject to change.
