Champions Rise MMA Training Program in Calgary is a comprehensive 21-week fitness program designed for individuals with little to no experience in Mixed Martial Arts. The program is not just about training for the Octagon, but also about building physical fitness, mental resilience, and confidence. The next season starts in September 2024, with daily one-hour training sessions from Monday to Friday, scheduled from 6am to 7am.

The program is divided into four stages: Foundations & Bulletproofing, Movement & Drilling, Fight Camp Ready, and Fight Night Live. In each stage, participants will focus on mastering fundamental techniques, advanced movements, sparring sessions, and mental preparation. The final stage offers the option to compete in a sanctioned amateur MMA match in the Pro-Series Octagon Cage, providing a platform to showcase skills and experience the thrill of a real MMA bout.
