Wayne wanted to drop a quick note to everyone in our sports community about Challenge Gym in Bishop's Stortford. He and Christine have been running things for nearly 30 years, building a place that's all about helping you hit your fitness targets.

They've just added another 1200 sq. ft to the gym, with a new functional training area. You'll find all kinds of equipment to suit your workout style. Plus, they've got personalised services like personal training and physiotherapy to help you get the most out of your fitness journey.

Matt, their top-notch sports massage therapist, offers discounted sessions for members, helping with recovery and injury prevention. And for those needing a mental boost, Wayne offers a free 45-minute sports mindset planning session.

They've got you covered with a clean, safe, and friendly environment. The reception is open weekdays from 3pm to 6pm, and you can even chat with a membership consultant part-time for advice on the best membership options. By the way, if you’re looking for a gig, there might be some job openings too—just drop them an email or text.

Special rates are available for students, with a customised email system so you only pay for the months you’re around. The gym hours are pretty accommodating too: Monday to Thursday from 6am to 9:30pm, Friday from 6am to 9pm, and weekends from 9am to 5pm. Bank holidays? They’re open 10am to 3pm.
