Who are we? The UFit family. The UFit centre was opened in 2019 by two friends and business partners, Luis and Clarence. It was their passion that led to the idea of opening a training centre that would allow all their clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Instead of focusing on quantity, we focus on quality. By offering private, semi-private sessions, and group classes, UFit aims to create a pleasant environment for training.

Discover our trainers. The team of trainers has recently expanded. Specialized trainers who will help you reach your goals and make you love training even more.

Private or Semi-private classes. Want to achieve your goals? Nothing beats private sessions with one of our trainers. You can even invite a friend or team up with another member of the UFit family to save!

Group classes. Limited spaces. Nothing beats group classes to have motivation and energy. You will be accompanied by a member of our team to have the workout of your life to dynamic music.
