From its humble beginnings in a store room, Central Football Soccer Club has grown to become a prominent and successful club in the Sun Valley community. Founded by a group of individuals who were passionate about soccer and wanted to create a club with a difference, Central FC has always been driven by the desire to provide opportunities for all its members, regardless of their skill level.

The club's founders were pioneers in their approach to team selections, advocating for the spread of talent across all teams to create a more competitive and inclusive environment. Central FC has experienced great success in recent years, with numerous topship wins across various divisions. The club's senior men's team, the Centralites, have consistently performed at a high level, earning the title of Football CQ leading Club Winners for 2021. The ladies' team has also had a remarkable journey, securing the 2020 1st Division Ladies Grand Final title.

The club actively engages with the local community, organising welcome games and participating in community events.
