Kickboxing, with an emphasis on the Dutch and Thai style of fighting. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fighter, our Kickboxing classes are suitable for all levels. At CBK Essex, we are a Blackbelt Kickboxing Academy, and every student is offered the opportunity to work through our grading system, although it is not compulsory.
In addition to our boxing and kickboxing classes, we also offer personal and small group training sessions. Our qualified and passionate coaches are available seven days a week to provide one-on-one or small group coaching in boxing, kickboxing, and health and fitness. Our goal is to help our clients achieve their fitness goals and become the best version of themselves.
For pricing, our class prices are 5 per class pay-as-you-go for kids and 10 per class pay-as-you-go for adults. We also offer block options, with 40 for 10 classes for kids and 80 for 10 classes for adults. Personal coaching prices are 30 per session for adults or 250 for a block of 10 sessions, and 20 per session for children. We also offer a 30-minute Pad Blast session for 20 per session or 150 for a block of 10 sessions.

CBK Essex is located at Ripped Gym Basildon on Harvey Road in the Burnt Mills Estate. Our boxing classes run on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, with various age groups catered to. We also offer two ladies-only classes per week. Our kickboxing classes run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and our style is based on the K1 style of kickboxing.
