This historic club has a rich heritage, dating back to its founding in 1888 by Adam Rodger, Robert Stark, and James Davies. The club is proud to be the oldest golf course in Glasgow and has undergone a redesign by renowned golf course architect James Braid.

The stunning Cathkin Braes golf course offers a challenging yet freeing experience that will test your skills and engage your mind. Spanning 6200 yards, this par 71 moorland course may appear flat, but don't be deceived. With its tricky tree-lined holes, such as the par-3 fifth where you must conquer a loch to reach the well-protected green, this course will keep you on your toes.

Despite being only five miles from the city centre, Cathkin Braes Golf Club is surrounded by picturesque countryside, making it a popular destination for golfers in the region. It is widely regarded as one of the best inland courses in the West of Scotland.
