This exciting class takes place every Thursday for 5 weeks (or 4 weeks in case of a Monday public holiday during that period). Participants will get the chance to learn the Rock 'n' Roll footwork, including the 6 step/pressure step, and start mastering some easy moves to kickstart their Rock 'n' Roll journey.
We recommend arriving slightly earlier to stretch and warm up before the class starts. It's important to bring a partner along, as there is no rotation in this class. If you don't have a partner, don't worry! Reach out to your network of friends, family, work colleagues, acquaintances, or sporting/recreation buddies and find someone who's up for the fun. Remember, Rock 'n' Roll requires two people to dance – one to lead and one to follow. Keep in mind that partner dancing is not gender-specific, but rather role-specific!
