About
Hey Team,
James wants to give a quick shoutout about the Carlton Trail Ski Club in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. With over 30 km of cross-country trails groomed for classic skiing and an extra 5 km for skate skiing, there's plenty of snow fun to go around. Most of the action happens northwest of Humboldt, with a few more kilometres to explore at the Humboldt golf course. The club's Shared Trail Use Policy and Land Use Policy keep things safe and smooth for everyone.
The club's got a ton of events and programs for all ages and ski levels. The youngsters can join the Jackrabbits or the Youth Adventure Club. Adults and groups can jump into ski lessons, too. For those aged 13 to 18 who want to up their game, the Ski Fast! Race Team is ready and waiting.
Started back in the mid-seventies, the club's been all about promoting cross-country skiing in the Humboldt area. The trails at both the Dixon site and the Humboldt Golf Course are top-notch and a blast to ski. The Dixon site even has a heated clubhouse on weekends – a perfect spot to warm up and chat.
For the latest updates, join the club’s email list or catch them on Facebook and Twitter. James and the Carlton Trail Ski Club crew are always pumped to welcome new members and get more folks hooked on the great outdoors.
