Carla, a qualified personal trainer, firmly believes that health and fitness can transform lives, promoting mental resilience, confidence, and a vibrant life. Drawing on her expertise in change management and her experience as a military reservist, she is dedicated to challenging her clients and showing them what they are truly capable of.

Having been involved in the fitness world from a young age, Carla has an impressive background. She played rugby for Cornwall and the South West of England in her youth and has also served as a Run Leader for multiple clubs. Carla firmly believes that individuals don't have to choose between being a “runner,” a “triathlete,” or a “weight-lifter" – they can excel in multiple areas. She herself is a strong weight-lifter, a sub 20-minute 5 km runner, and has completed a 50 km ultra marathon and a triathlon.

Carla is an advocate for trying new activities and challenging oneself.
