Carina International Speedway (Bundaberg) is a car racing track located in Alloway, just 15 minutes from the Bundaberg CBD. Recently, the speedway underwent a fresh start after previous management decided to not proceed with the land purchase, resulting in the closure of the venue. However, a local consortium, led by Sean and Dave of Xtreme Motorsport Promotions, worked tirelessly to secure a deal with landowner Avalon Walker to continue operating the speedway.

With a long-term lease now in place, Carina International Speedway is committed to providing the Bundaberg community with a Motorsport venue they can be proud of. The dedicated team, backed by a strong volunteer base, brings years of experience in event management and is determined to keep the track open for years to come.

As part of their commitment to motorsports, Carina International Speedway hosts a variety of thrilling events throughout the year. One upcoming event is the “Fire, Thunder & Destruction” on December 30, 2023, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Free onsite parking is available in the grassed paddock to the left of the driveway, while parking inside the venue gate is also available for a small fee of $2, although spaces are limited. The venue also provides wheelchair parking within the gates, and the gate staff can assist with directions.
