Care Corner Gym Tonic (TP131) is a senior citizens care service and fitness centre in Singapore dedicated to the well-being and strength-building of seniors in the community. Our 'exercise-as-medicine' programme focuses on reversing physical decline in seniors through strength training using senior-friendly water pressure technology machines. Our tailored strength training plans are guided by trained professionals to ensure safety and effectiveness.
At Gym Tonic, we provide education and guidance to seniors on proper strength-building techniques and the use of resistance bands for home training. Pre- and post-assessments are conducted to track progress over the 12-week programme, which includes structured and supervised group training sessions twice a week.
Our fees range from $5 to $12 per session, with programmes typically lasting 12 or 24 sessions. Subsidies and discounts may be available, and seniors with medical conditions may join with a doctor's letter. Helpers and family members are welcome to accompany seniors to sessions for support.
