Led by Coach Fernando Cardoso, a Qubec Golden Glove and Silver Glove Champion with over 30 years of competitive experience, our gym boasts a state-of-the-art facility with a professional-grade Boxing ring, open training area, and fully-furnished changerooms. We provide a wide range of equipment including freeweights, kettlebells, and jump boxes to enhance your training experience.
