Garfield Outdoor Swimming Pool is excited to announce the upcoming Cardinia Fun Run and Walk 2024, organized by Cardinia Leisure. It's happening on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at Deep Creek Reserve Pakenham. This event offers a fantastic 5km & 10km Fun Run and Walk, taking participants through the beautiful wetlands, beside the golf course, and around the award-winning park. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
Registration fees vary depending on the category you choose to participate in. The 10km Run costs $35.00, the 5km Run and Walk are both $30.00, the 5km Run for kids (12-16yrs) is $25.00, and the 5km Walk for kids (5-16yrs) is $20.00. There's even a very early bird special price available until May 31, so be sure to take advantage of that. By participating in this event, you'll not only have a great time but also contribute to a good cause as all proceeds will be donated to the Cardinia Foundation to help support vulnerable members of the community.
