Cardiff Squash Centre is the home of NSRA Pennants Competition on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Friday evenings, there is free club practise from 5pm to 7pm for members, and on Saturdays from 1pm to 4pm, club members can enjoy free court usage. The venue is also available for school sports, and active kids vouchers are accepted.

In addition to regular competitions and coaching, Cardiff Squash Centre hosts local tournaments such as the Masters and Squash Open events, which take place annually. These tournaments provide opportunities for players to showcase their skills and compete at a higher level.
