What do you offer for new members?

We teach capoeira, a Brazilian art form that brings together martial arts, dance, music and acrobatics, played as a game. Classes are open to all levels and can help improve physical fitness while introducing Brazilian culture.

Where and when do classes take place?

In Heaton, we train on Tuesday from 7.00pm to 8.30pm at Heaton Community Centre. We also run Monday classes in Sunderland and Sunday classes in Brancepeth.
