The Capoeira Classes for Kids at Axe Capoeira in Courtenay, Canada, are the perfect way for children aged 4-13 to dive into the exciting world of capoeira. With engaging games, stories, and challenges, kids get to learn the basics of this unique martial art in a fun and interactive way.
Divided into age-appropriate groups like Jacarés, Minis, Macacinhos, and Macacos, the program helps young students develop fundamental capoeira movements while also learning important values like discipline and respect. In addition to core strengthening exercises and kick/strike techniques, kids will also have the chance to explore Brazilian culture through music and language.
Whether your child is a total beginner or already has some capoeira experience, there is a class suited to their level.
