Coach Johnson's private training sessions offer personalized coaching tailored to meet your individual needs. Each 1-hour session skips the pre-consultations and gets straight to training, using skill assessments to quickly identify strengths and areas for improvement.
For those who prefer a group setting, Coach Johnson's small “Pods” provide a chance to hone your skills in a supportive and competitive environment. These sessions run during school breaks and throughout the year.
Over 15,000 players have trained at Capital Courts, with more than 40,000 hours of personal training and 200 Pods delivered. Their camps feature a professional staff in a state-of-the-art facility, offering full-day programs, skills assessments, and leadership skills training. Join the club for as low as $45 a month.
The facilities include a full-sized gymnasium with hardwood flooring, 6 hoops, natural lighting, private showers, lockers, and an automated divider curtain for privacy and focus. Courts are available for full-team practices, personal sessions, pick-up games, or tournaments.
