Hey team! Canterbury Strength Weight Lifting Club is your go-to spot in Canterbury for building strength and muscle. Even though they're not offering public Olympic Weightlifting classes from January 2024 onwards, you can still get programming help and video analysis. Plus, if you’re after some personal training or advice, just give them a shout.
Students from Kent College, you’re in for a treat! They’ve got after-school classes just for you. It’s a great chance to dive into weightlifting with top-notch coaches guiding you every step of the way. Parents, if you want your kids to get involved, chat with the school about joining these clubs.
Charlotte Moss and Ryan Fearn are your main coaches, both L2 Weightlifting Coaches, and they’re passionate about helping you smash your goals. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned lifter, they’ve got your back to make sure your training is on point and safe.
