Canine Disc (Frisbee) is an exciting and popular dog sport in Australia, overseen by Canine Disc Australia (CDA). At the Pine Agility Dog Sports Club in Brisbane, they are passionate about promoting this sport to dog enthusiasts of all levels.

The sport involves dogs catching and retrieving a disc over certain distances within a designated time. It truly showcases the incredible athleticism and agility of our furry companions. For those who are new to Canine Disc, it's important to note that dogs can start training and participating in competitions from 16 weeks of age. However, it's crucial to protect their growth plates and joints by only rolling the disc for puppies until they are fully developed.

Before attending classes at Pine Agility Dog Sports Club, it is essential to be aware of the PADS vaccination and club policies. These policies are in place to ensure the well-being of all participants and their dogs. So, let's keep our furry friends happy and healthy!

Classes for Canine Disc are held every Tuesday evening from 6:45 pm to 8:30 pm. It's a great opportunity to bond with your four-legged friend and meet other passionate dog lovers.

If you're interested in trying out Canine Disc, Pine Agility Dog Sports Club offers an Introduction to Disc class on the first Tuesday of every month. It's the perfect chance to dip your toes into the world of Canine Disc and see if it's the right fit for you and your dog.

Please note that there is a cost of $7.50 per training night per handler (up to two dogs) at Pine Agility Dog Sports Club. Only EFTPOS payment is accepted, so make sure you come prepared. And remember, you must be a current financial member to attend the class. Don't forget to upload a current vaccination certificate as well.
