Canadian Martial Arts Centre

Welcome to the Canadian Martial Arts Centre in Lethbridge, where we offer a variety of martial arts classes for adults, teens, and kids. Our facility is equipped with a 24-hour weight room and cardio equipment, perfect for those looking to improve their fitness levels. We also provide fighter training and management services and are a certified CAP Partner and RAM 4 Concussion Prevention facility.

For those interested in Kickboxing, our classes are essential for beginners and experienced fighters alike. You will receive a full-body workout while learning striking techniques and defensive skills. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are also available, focusing on ground fighting techniques and self-defence skills. We have one of the top Grappling and BJJ programs in Canada, with classes primarily No-Gi but also welcoming Members & Guests to train in the Gi.

Our Kids Classes are held year-round, with options for Little Ninjas, Young Jedi, Young Gladiators and Teen Titans. Kids can attend as many classes as they want each week, with no commitment to specific days. The first class is free for kids to try and see if our classes are the right fit for them.

At the Canadian Martial Arts Centre, we host events such as NoGi BJJ Tournaments, Women's Self Defence workshops, Lightweight Contact MMA Tournaments, and Rumble in the Cage events.
