To ensure accessibility, Cambridge Kettlebells also offers Zoom classes. These can be joined live or used as recorded sessions to train at a time that suits the individual. Prior experience with kettlebell training is required to join a Zoom class, specifically proficiency in kettlebell swings, snatch, and clean and press.

Alan Middlebrook, the founder of Cambridge Kettlebells, has a passion for fitness and a background in various sports. With over 100 marathons and ultra-marathons under his belt, he understands the importance of physical fitness and its impact on overall well-being. Alan is also a Franklin Method educator and a registered trainer in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS). He incorporates these methods into his training, believing that they can enhance physical function for anyone.
