She is qualified through the National Ballet of Canada Teacher Training Program and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the studio. Stefanie Rutherford leads the ISTD Modern program, providing students with a strong foundation in this dynamic dance style. Evelyn Mage teaches Canadian Step Dance, offering a unique and culturally-rich experience for dancers.

The studio holds year-end performances every June at the prestigious Cambridge Arts Theatre, giving students the opportunity to showcase their talent and hard work. In addition to regular classes, CHDC offers choreography and performance groups, providing students with additional performance opportunities and enhancing their overall dance experience.
Leslie MacDougall, the Director of Cambridge Highland Dance & Company, brings over 30 years of teaching experience to the studio. A Certified Teacher for the British Association of Teachers of Dancing, Leslie is dedicated to providing a high-quality dance education to students of all ages and levels. Under her guidance, dancers have achieved numerous titles and championships both locally and internationally.
