At Calibre, the focus is on weight training, as it is the most effective method for losing weight and body fat. The gym offers small group training sessions, with a maximum of eight people per class. Two styles of classes are available: Body Composition Training (B. C.
T. ) and High-Intensity Resistance Training (H. I. R.
). B. C. T.
is a high-volume session that focuses on weight training, while H. I. R. combines high-volume resistance exercises with interval cardio workouts.
These classes are designed to be efficient on time, fun, and to simultaneously burn fat and build muscle.
The results achieved through the Calibre programme are impressive. Most men can expect to lose 0. 5 percent of body fat per week while gaining muscle, while women can see a significant reduction in body fat within 12 weeks.
