Cali Class

Seaview Calisthenics Club, the local Calisthenics Dance club in Adelaide, is excited to invite interested players to our upcoming Cali classes and events. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, we have classes suitable for everyone!

For those curious about what goes on in a Cali class, we invite you to come and try a class. The best part? The first two lessons are completely free for new members! Calisthenics Dance is not only a great way to stay physically active, but it also fosters social development, coordination, strength, flexibility, confidence, musicality, and teamwork. It's a wonderful all-around activity that brings both fun and fitness.

TINIES Monday Class:
- Age: 3-7 – When: Monday Afternoon – Where: Henley & Grange Community Centre, Military Road, Henley Beach – Time: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Coach: Miss Jenny – Class Assistant: Miss Kim

SUB JUNIOR Pink Team Monday Class:
- Age: 8, 9, 10 years by 31st December – When: Monday Evening – Where: Temple Uniting Church Hall, Cnr Military Road & Durham Street, Henley Beach – Time: 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Coach: Miss Cheryl – Class Assistants: Miss Sage and Miss Kim

SUB JUNIOR Blue Team Wednesday Class:
- Age: 8, 9, 10 years by 31st December – When: Wednesday Evening – Where: Temple Uniting Church Hall, Cnr Military Road & Durham Street, Henley Beach – Time: 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Coach: Miss Jenny – Class Assistants: Miss Kim

JUNIORS and INTERMEDIATES:
- Age: 11–17 years by 31st December

SENIORS Monday Class:
- Age: 18 years and over

MASTERS Wednesday Class:
- Age: 26 years and over (Our Team average is 50)
