Calgary Chung Do Kwan in Calgary is dedicated to guiding students in becoming their best hero through the practice of martial arts. Grand Master J. J. Lee's method of Taekwondo, Chungdokwan, is a core part of our training program.

We focus on Health and Fitness, Self Defence, and Self Discovery, rather than on fighting or competition.
