Byron Bay Runners offers a variety of training options for runners of all levels. We have five weekly run options available, each coordinated by an Athletics Australia coach who ensures that runners receive expert guidance and support. Our training options include recreational running, trail running, ultras, and track sprints and distance squads. Whether you're just starting your running journey or looking to specialise in a particular area, we have a training group that suits your needs.
Our club welcomes members from the age of 8 to +80 years. We offer affordable membership options for both new and renewing members. For adult and masters age runners, we now offer a 3-month provisional/pro rata membership at only $30, allowing you to experience the benefits of being a club member without committing to a full season. Membership includes access to all five weekly run options, coached by our Athletics Australia accredited coaches.
We also offer special discounted rates for juniors and families.

Byron Bay Runners was founded in 2011 and has grown to become a thriving sports club with over 160 members. We are an Athletics NSW affiliated club and are proud to have nine Athletics Australia accredited coaches on our team. Our members span various age groups and comprise both recreational runners and competitive athletes. We aim to foster a welcoming and supportive community where runners of all levels can achieve their running goals and enjoy the benefits of physical fitness, social connexions, and personal growth.
