Welcome to Equestrian Spirit's Horse Riding Club in Logan Village! We are excited to announce our upcoming Horse Riding event - Buteyko Breathing with Horses.
In this event, participants will have the opportunity to experience the benefits of Buteyko Breathing, a technique developed by Dr Konstantin Buteyko. Katie, our Buteyko breathing practitioner and coach, will guide you through gentle breathing exercises and breath holds to improve your overall well-being.
But that's not all – this event takes it a step further by incorporating the incredible support and co-regulation provided by our beloved horses. Horses are known to prefer humans with a calm and regulated nervous system, and they can offer us emotional support and connection when we feel safe.
By practising Buteyko breathing with horses, you can develop a greater body awareness, recognising when you are holding your breath, experiencing tension, or in an activated nervous state. This unique combination of techniques promises to be a truly transformative experience.
The sessions will be held every Tuesday at 6pm, and each session will last for approximately an hour. The cost for this unbelievable opportunity is just $30 per person.
