The main venue for BURY TANGO is The Hunter Club in Bury St Edmunds, where they hold their weekly classes and events. Every Monday, intermediate dancers can participate in a one-hour class taught by either Lorraine & Robert or Jim & Sharon. This is followed by a practica, providing dancers with the opportunity to practise their skills until 10:30pm.
Tuesdays are dedicated to beginners and improvers, with a class held from 7:30pm to 8:30pm at The Hunter Club. This is also followed by a practica, where dancers can further enhance their skills. In addition to their regular classes, BURY TANGO also organises various events throughout the year. The diary dates for 2024 include a Milonga on Sunday, January 21st, at Culford Village Hall, and guest teacher workshops with Erin and Doruk on the same day. These workshops provide an opportunity for dancers to learn from renowned Tango professionals and take their skills to new heights.
