To ensure the best training experience, certain terms and conditions apply. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the session to avoid a forfeit of the booking fee.
Safety and appropriate behaviour are of utmost importance at Burns Outdoor Obstacle Training. Participants are required to arrive on time for their sessions and dress appropriately, including protection for ankles and calves, closed-toe shoes, and gloves. Upon arrival, a waiver and personal information form will need to be completed, and participants will be given a tour of the facility and an explanation of safety procedures.
To ensure the comfort and well-being of our participants, we recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, and adequate nutrition. While we understand the love for pets, we kindly ask that participants do not bring them to the facility. Proper supervision of children is essential, and they are not permitted to use the obstacles unless involved in a training session.
At Burns Outdoor Obstacle Training, we prioritise the safety and enjoyment of all participants. If you have an injury or condition that may compromise your safety while performing the obstacles, we recommend rescheduling your visit for another time. Refunds issued will incur a processing fee.
