In 2023, Ash's life took a drastic turn when she was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer called primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma. Despite this challenging experience, Ash's strong health and fitness prior to her diagnosis have helped her to withstand the effects of chemotherapy with relatively mild symptoms. This journey has only reinforced her belief in the importance of taking care of our bodies and treating them as temples.
