The club was established in 2017 when Sensei Ben started teaching early morning classes to members of Shudokan Family Karate and friends in the Oakville-Burlington-Hamilton area. The positive response from students led to the continuation of training sessions, with a focus on beginning the day with a fulfilling Aikido practice. The club aims to create a positive, upbeat, diverse training atmosphere where all individuals feel welcome, regardless of experience level.

Classes are offered three times a week on Wednesday evenings, as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings. The club welcomes new members to join and experience the benefits of training under Sensei Ben's guidance.
