All levels of students train together, as we believe everyone can learn something new from each other or the instructor, regardless of age or experience.

Some seniors like and some do not recommended training in martial arts, especially with all the rest of the day's responsibilities. It is a big enjoyment factor for those who do come to train. The training focuses on the same basic techniques as those practised by the juniors, with some variations for students needing fitness or mobility variations. Along with the drill of spacing, distance, coming to contact, and movement, we also incorporate sparring and kata applications to practice the skills for self-defence.

This is where the applications utilize specific techniques drawn from those learned in the kata for circumstances that may arise in the street or the dojo. These practice show the real techniques hidden within the sequences moving through the forms. Our fitness training includes solo drills and exercises to create stamina, strength, flexibility, confidence, and reaction time to respond to a greater range situations in our daily lives. Our goal is to assist our students to develop exceptional mental and physical alertness required to face the challenges in our world.
