Bullen Park

Bullen Park, located in Victoria, is a sprawling athletic field and park that offers a range of facilities for sports and community events. Covering two hectares, Bullen Field is the main attraction, accommodating organized field sports such as softball, soccer, and rugby. The field is also utilized for special events that bring together the local community and visitors from the surrounding areas of the Capital Region. Situated at Lyall and Fraser Streets, Bullen Park is conveniently positioned between the Esquimalt Recreation Centre and the Archie Browning Sports Centre.

In addition to Bullen Field, the park features the Lacrosse Box, which serves as a year-round venue for team practices, lacrosse camps, and competitions hosted by the Victoria Esquimalt Lacrosse Association's Minor division. This facility may also be reserved for outdoor hockey activities. Another highlight of Bullen Park is Brodeur Field, which is shared with lEcole Victor Brodeur and accessible from Old Esquimalt Road or Head Street. It includes a baseball diamond, a soccer pitch, and a crushed rock walking path encircling the perimeter.

Parking is available off Head Street on weekdays after 6 p. m. or on weekends.

Furthermore, Lampson Park, covering 1. 7 hectares, is home to the Lions Minor Baseball Association, catering to youth baseball players ages 3-12. The park features two youth baseball diamonds, a batting cage, a concession stand, washrooms, and bleachers for spectators. Over the years, Lampson Park has hosted numerous seasons of games and competitions, attracting young athletes and their families to enjoy the baseball experience.
