Bulldogs Fitness & Boxing Centre is a gym located in the heart of Salmon Arm, dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Our facility is a true community hub, offering programs for everyone from kids and youth to active agers and individuals with varying needs, such as Parkinson's, ASD, and mobility diversities.
At Bulldogs, we believe in the power of fitness to build self-esteem and create a strong sense of community. Our range of offerings includes youth boxing programs, adult fitness and boxing classes, a ladies fitness program, active agers classes, boxing for individuals with Parkinson's, private and group training, and boxing for individuals with diversabilities.
One of our featured programs is the Home of Hit2Fit Challenge, which kicks off in January and provides a great opportunity to jumpstart your fitness routine. We also offer the 30/60 Fitness Challenge, a fun and motivating way to push yourself to new heights in your fitness journey.
Our facility features top-of-the-line equipment for both boxing and fitness, including heavy bags, speed bags, a boxing ring, free weights, tires with sledgehammers, ropes, tanks, treadmills, rowing machines, air assault bikes, and more. We also offer a unique Warrior EDGE class that combines boxing with warrior training, adding an extra element of challenge and excitement.
