Your first session with me is free. We'll talk about your health and fitness goals, review your current exercise routine, then run through a fitness assessment with a few tests and weight bearing exercises.

Do I need to join a gym?

If you're training in person, you must be a member of Goodlife Health Clubs. If you prefer, online coaching is also available.
