Matt brings years of expertise to Building Better Bodies. He’s been a qualified trainer since 2008, trained under Arthur Lydiard, repped New Zealand in Athletics, and played for Ponsonby Ponies. He’s also into snowboarding, which adds a cool edge to his training programmes.
