Marton Swim Centre, a local Swimming club in Marton, is excited to promote the Building Champions Pop Up School Obstacle Course! This event is a fantastic alternative to traditional cross-country or house fun day activities. It offers a mixture of massive inflatables and fun obstacles that are specifically designed to engage students in active recreation without them even realising it!
The course caters to students of all ages and is built with playfulness in mind. The organisers take care of everything, from setting up the course to running the event and packing everything down, all in just one day. Depending on the size of the available space, the course can accommodate 50–75 students at one time. That means up to 600 people can enjoy the course in a day based on 30-minute rotations. All Marton Swim Centre requires from the school is a suitable space and some enthusiastic teachers to assist the students if needed.
One exciting aspect of the Building Champions Pop Up School Obstacle Course is that it may qualify for Tū Manawa funding in many cases. If you're interested in exploring this funding option further, feel free to reach out for more information.
The package includes a pop-up obstacle course with 4 inflatables, 8 other obstacles, and 3 staff members. This hireage is available for up to 4 hours at a cost of $2000. The course features an impressive 95ft long Radical Racer Obstacle inflatable, a 43ft long Ultimate Ninja Warrior inflatable, balance beams, over and under inflatables, a cargo net crawler, a tennis ball target throw, stepping stones, jumping hurdles, and an Aflex balance inflatable. Additionally, the organisers handle the set-up, pack down, delivery, health and safety documents, and RAM's form.
To host this exciting course, all you need is a suitable space, whether it's a school field or a local park. The organisers are flexible and can work with any size, from one rugby field and up. Enthusiastic teachers are also required to assist the students through the course, ensuring they have a blast while staying safe.
What truly sets the Building Champions Pop Up School Obstacle Course apart is its immense popularity among schools. It gets children moving and active without them even realising it, offering a refreshing alternative to traditional cross-country or school athletics.
