FitBumpBox presents BuggyBabies, a fantastic postnatal fitness class for mums and babies in Loughborough, Leicestershire. Join this fun and energetic class every Wednesday at 9.45am, starting from the Lower Beacon Hill Car Park, conveniently located just off Breakback road.
After a great workout, why not treat yourself to a cup of coffee at one of the nearby cafés? Participants of BuggyBabies often head to the Beacon Café or The Café Next Door, enjoying some well-deserved relaxation and catching up with other mums.
Led by the amazing Jo, BuggyBabies offers a tough workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and empowered. Jo ensures that each class is a great blend of effective exercise and enjoyable social interaction. Many mums have formed lifelong friendships through BuggyBabies and look forward to attending class each week.
This class is suitable for mums who have had their 6-week postnatal check-up and can safely strap their babies into stable buggies. For the best experience, we recommend using prams with head support and rounded handles.
