Starlight Fitness, a Personal Training club in Northampton, is excited to invite interested Mums to join them for a fantastic fitness event called Buggies in the Park. This fitness class, designed specifically for new Mums, takes place at the beautiful Abington Park every Tuesday at 11am.
The main goal of Buggies in the Park is to provide new Mums with a complete body workout using their own body weight, but with the added support of their baby's buggy for balance. The exercises are carefully selected to target different muscle groups and improve overall muscle tone. Participants will also get to experience gentle resistance exercises using towels, allowing them to focus on specific areas they would like to tone.
What makes this class even more special is the opportunity it offers for Mums to connect with other women who are going through a similar journey. It's important to note that new Mums who have recently given birth should wait a minimum of 6 weeks following a vaginal delivery, or 8 weeks following a caesarian, before starting any exercise program.
