Recognised as a top 5% IronMan athlete for his age group in 2020/2021, Buddy Active's impressive achievements speak for themselves. In addition to completing his first 50-mile ultra marathon, SDW50, in April 2021, he has also excelled in various Ironman competitions. Notably, he placed 10th in the Long Course World Champs in Spain for GB in 2019, finished 3rd in his age group in Ironman UK, and secured 7th place in IronMan Wales. Buddy Active's accomplishments also extend to international races, where he raced in the first IronMan Marrakech 70.

As a Certified IronMan and British Triathlon Coach, Buddy Active offers his expertise to those embarking on their Ironman or triathlon journey. He is affiliated with Hampstead Triathlon Club, the number one IRONMAN TriClub in the UK and fourth in Europe. With world-class training facilities at their disposal, Buddy Active can work with both beginners and experienced athletes, either in person or remotely. Additionally, he specialises in coaching older athletes, drawing upon his own successful business experience, raising a family, and adopting an empathetic coaching style.
A highly qualified professional, Buddy Active holds both Ironman and Triathlon coaching certifications. He is one of the first certified IronMan coaches in the UK, catering to the increasing popularity of these events, which see 239 full Ironman and 70. 3 races held annually in the country. Alongside his Ironman coaching, Buddy Active is also a Level 2 accredited British Triathlon coach, which aligns with the rapidly growing popularity of triathlon in the UK.
Furthermore, he is a Level 3 personal trainer, kettlebell instructor, and is fully insured with REPs, enabling him to provide comprehensive personal training services.

For 200 per month, clients receive full membership to Hampstead Triathlon Club, an initial athlete questionnaire, a four-week rolling training plan, equipment check and advice, goal setting, full access to Buddy Active through phone and email (available between 8am-10pm from Monday to Sunday), weekly training reviews, an athlete screening session, a strength and conditioning programme, and a discount on Hampstead Triathlon club swim sessions.
