Is the main goal you are aiming to achieve through this training experience? What types of training/fitness have you done in the past (e. g. powerlifting, cross-fit, sports, running, etc.
)? Are there any exercises that do not work for you due to injury or discomfort? What is your lagging body part that you would like to focus on the most? What is your strongest body part?
Which gym equipment do you use mostly – free weights or machines? What unique equipment do you have, or what standard equipment may you be lacking (e. g. leg press machine)?
How long can you typically spend in the gym, and how many days per week can you set aside for training? How do you find your body recovers from training? Do you prefer a structured plan, or a plan with lots of flexibility? What are your favourite leg exercises (specifically for glutes, hamstrings, and quads)?
What are your favourite chest exercises? What are your favourite back exercises? What are your favourite arm exercises (specifically for biceps, triceps, and forearms)? What are your favourite shoulder exercises (specifically for anterior, medial, and posterior deltoids)?
Once you have filled out one or both of the forms, BTY Fitness will typically respond back within 1-2 business days to follow up with pricing and discuss your goals in more detail.
