Located in Caringbah, in Sydney's south, BT's Boxing offers a variety of classes and training options to suit different goals and abilities. Whether you are looking to improve your current technique, learn the art of boxing, or simply want to have fun while working on your fitness, our gym has something for everyone.
Our classes include BoxFit, a high-intensity boxing workout suitable for all levels, and BoxTech, which focuses on building boxing skills from the ground up. We also offer a Boxing Fundamentals class, where participants can learn basic striking variations, footwork, partner drills, and technical bag work. For those who are serious about competing in boxing, we have the Fighters Class, specifically designed for boxers who are competing or aspiring to do so.
In addition to our classes, we also provide strength and conditioning sessions aimed at enhancing performance in boxing. These classes are designed to equip you with the tools needed to excel in the sport. Incorporating these sessions into your training routine will help maximise your results.
