Brotherhood Wholeness (Brotherhood Gym) is a men-only training facility in Burleigh Heads, QLD, focused on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. The programme combines structured strength, functional and outdoor conditioning, combat and primal calisthenics, plus recovery using infrared sauna, ice bath and animal flow. It also includes weekly personal development workshops and men's circle support for emotional regulation and nervous system control. A 27-week class structure supports ongoing progression.
