Wexford Community Swimming Pool wants to let all interested swimmers know about an upcoming event - the Bronze Cross & Standard First Aid (CPR C) course! This intensive weekend course, held in partnership with the Lifesaving Society, focuses on crucial lifesaving skills and first aid techniques.
Participants will dive into topics such as emergency procedures, teamwork, and in-depth first aid skills. From spinal injuries to medical emergencies, this course covers it all. To join, swimmers must be able to swim 400 metres in 11 minutes or less by the course exam date. The course is open to individuals aged 13 years and over.
