Warren Page, the owner, personal trainer, and strength coach at Bronx Training, brings over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. He began his coaching career as a CrossFit and weightlifting coach at SF gym in Osborne Park before establishing Bronx Training. Warren's goal is to assist people of all ages in becoming better and healthier versions of themselves.
Warren is an accomplished powerlifter, having competed at national and state levels. He is also an avid endurance sports enthusiast, having completed marathons and endurance mountain bike events. As a father himself, Warren understands the needs and lifestyle considerations of busy parents.
Warren holds several credentials, including Certificate 3 and 4 in Health and Fitness, ASN Sports Nutritionist registration, Pre-Script level 1 coach specialising in anatomy and biomechanics, Australian Weightlifting Federation level 1 Barbell Coach, and Functional Movement Screen specialist, among others.
Cayleigh Jayne, a personal trainer and strength coach at Bronx Training, shares Warren's passion for health and fitness. Her mission is to help individuals from all walks of life become stronger and more confident in themselves. Cayleigh believes in falling in love with the process of fitness and creating a healthier lifestyle to maintain results.
Cayleigh holds Cert III & IV in Fitness and specialises in pre and post-natal women's coaching. She is also a specialist in hypertrophy, fat loss, and strength goals. Cayleigh offers online coaching and provides guidance in various areas, including food education, training around the menstrual cycle, and navigating through menopause.
