For the little ones aged 4–7, the Little Soldiers classes introduce the basics of martial arts in a fun and engaging setting. The Cadets classes for ages 8-11 help children build skills and confidence.
Ladies aged 12 and over can join the women-only sessions, providing a supportive environment to learn self-defence, improve fitness, and gain confidence. The adult classes, open to all fitness levels, blend kickboxing with military-style fitness training, offering a great way to get fit, lose weight, and make friends.
Safety is a top priority for Ben’s team. All instructors are DBS checked and first-aid trained, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere.
