The group meets twice a week, on Monday and Thursday nights at 6pm sharp. Runners and walkers, regardless of their fitness level, are encouraged to join.

The meeting location is Captain Burke Park, situated at 117 Holman Street in Kangaroo Point. It is easily accessible via the Holman Street Ferry Terminal, with ferry services available. For those who prefer to drive, on-street parking is also available.
